1. Grab a Lightning Card or Load  Credit  to  the LaundryCat  App
   Purchase a Lightning Card for $2 inside the laundromat. Top it up using EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD at the kiosk. For App find LaundryCat within your App store and follows prompts.
   
   

2. Pick Your Washer
   Choose from 8 kg, 18 kg, or 28 kg based on your load

• Avoid overstuffing for best results.
  
  

3. Select Water Temperature

• Cold – for delicate fabrics and dark colours

• • Warm – ideal for synthetic blends and moderate soil

  • Hot – designed for towels, bedding, and heavy cleaning 

4. Add Detergent & Start
   Use your own detergent or grab single-use packets from our handy vending machine. Tap your Lightning Card to begin

5. Dry in Minutes
   Transfer your clothes to our spacious, high-efficiency dryers. Load smartly—your clothes will dry faster and with fewer wrinkles, often eliminating the need for ironing.

Do I need coins?
No—our laundromat uses a Lightning Payment Card or LaundryCat App for contactless purchase for a smoother, safer transaction.

How long do washes take?
Most cycles run between 25 and 30 minutes, depending on machine size and settings.

Can I wash pet blankets?
Yes—just use one of our dedicated pet-bedding machines. Please don’t mix them with regular laundry.
